Evenimentul este promovat in Bucuresti, in restul tarii si la sediile centrale ale multinationalelor din Europa.
Expozantii participa fizic, iar vizitatorii pot participa fizic sau online, atat la expozitie, prezentari, cat si la intalniri B2B. Expozantii pot invita un numar nelimitat de vizitatori si acestia pot participa gratuit in baza invitatiei expozantului. De asemenea, intre expozanti si vizitatorii specializati (reprezentanti de companie) se pot planifica intalniri B2B folosind Meeting plannerul.

Exhibitors in the event are companies from the following fields: electronics, mobility,  connectivity and digital ecosystems, automation and robotics, energy solutions, components and industrial equipment. The visitors are mainly representatives of companies from all over the country, the public from Bucharest and many young people and students, all universities being invited.
The main partners of the event are ACAROM https://acarom.ro/membri and ANIS https://anis.ro/membri. Some of the members of these associations will exhibit and give presentations together with representatives of other companies from Romania and other European countries.
The presentations will be filmed and played on the event’s website via Livestream, and can be played on other platforms or recorded and used later.

To register a presentation in the presentation program, please send the request to info@intradefairs.com, specifying the following: company name, name of the presenter/presenters, title of the presentation, topic (the list of options is available at https://emsetech.intradefairs.com/topics).
The event is promoted in Bucharest, in the rest of the country and at the headquarters of multinationals in Europe. Exhibitors participate physically, and visitors can participate physically or online, both at the exhibition, presentations and at B2B meetings. Exhibitors can invite an unlimited number of visitors and they can participate free of charge based on the exhibitor’s invitation. Also, B2B meetings can be planned between exhibitors and specialized visitors (company representatives) using the Meeting planner.

The deadline for registering exhibitors and presentations is November 30. Spaces are assigned between November 30 and December 15, depending on the exhibitors’ options and the order of registration.
