According to data from 2021, women make up about half of the labor force in the world. However, in the automotive industry, women stand for only a quarter of the auto manufacturing workforce. In this industry, women continue to represent a precious and underutilized resource for an industry that it is highly competitive and very sensitive to the new realities.

Promoting education and career path in automotive industry for women  stands for the basic grounds of closing then gender gap in this industry. A highly tech-based industry in the 21st  century, the automotive sector is like any other technical sector in which skills should prevail over gender. Women, same as men, should bring their authentic self to the leadership table to the benefit of industry evolution, work environment  and customer experience.
